NTG 5 and NTG 5.5 system. The NTG 5 and 5.5 system does not have an AUX port. Our product has an AUX-USB audio adapter. It produces sound through the USB port.
NTG 3.0: Please check Settings>Factory>input password 1314>Special Settings>AUX Active>Select it and wait for reboot and check again.
1. Please select the NTG 3.0 and restart the screen according to the attached video.
2. After the restart, please click the RST button in the picture I've attached and reboot the screen again.
