Introduction
By purchasing from www.sigmacarstereo.com you agree to the terms outlined in this Return and Refund Policy. Please read the policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities in case you wish to return or replace an item.
Return Policy
- Return Window: If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery for a refund, subject to a 20% restocking fee* and any non-refundable delivery charges.
- *Return Locations*:
- For international customers, items must be returned to our warehouse in Hong Kong.
- For EU customers, returns should be sent to our warehouse in Stockholm, Sweden.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds will exclude shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- 3rd Party Installation Costs*: Under no circumstances will www.sigmacarstereo.com be liable for any 3rd party installation or removal costs related to the installation of your product.
Return Conditions
- Pristine Condition: Items must be returned in their original, saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all accessories.
- Packaging*: The item must be packaged exactly as it was received. Any missing parts damaged goods, or goods not in their original condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- Return Authorization*:
- All return requests must be made in writing via email.
- Returns are not accepted without prior written approval from Sigmacarstereo.com.
- A valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number* is required for all returns. Any items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
Faulty Items and Warranty
- Inspection of Faulty Items: Faulty items under warranty must be returned to our warehouse in Hong Kong for inspection. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping costs to send repaired or replacement items back to you.
- Warranty Period
- All products come with a 12-month limited warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Warranty repairs or replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
- Non-Faulty Returns*: We do not accept non-faulty returns outside the 14-day return window. Products must be new, unused, undamaged, and not installed to be eligible for a return.
- Refurbishment Charges: Products returned with damages, marks, or scratches will be subject to refurbishment charges in addition to the 20% restocking fee.
Installation of Products
- Professional Installation Recommended*: Many of the products sold on www.sigmacarstereo.com require professional installation. While we offer technical support, we recommend consulting a professional (e.g., Auto-Electrician or Car Audio Installer) if you do not have sufficient knowledge or experience.
- Damage Due to Incorrect Installation*: Damage caused by improper installation will void the warranty and the product will no longer be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- To initiate a return, please send an email to info@sigmacarstereo.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will issue an RMA number along with instructions for returning the item.
- Please ensure the RMA number is clearly displayed on the return package to avoid refusal.
